If you are a new family,
we're glad you're here!
The very first step is to read our Statement of Faith. If you have ANY questions about any of our core values, please contact us directly before you continue, otherwise, the information below will guide you through the most common questions we receive.

New Family information: Process & Fees
Once the New Family Application processing date has arrived, the first step as a new family is to email your completed application form (found on the forms page) and fully initialed and signed Statement of Faith. After your initial application documents have been reviewed, you will be sent the next step in the application process.
Once our Leadership team has notified you that the application process is complete and your application has been approved, you will receive an email entitled "Application Approval." The next email you can expect to receive is correspondence regarding registration details approximately 1 week prior to the beginning of registration week (see dates posted above for the upcoming semester). Please note, space is limited for students 6 years and younger, and preference is given to families with older siblings in the program as we approach capacity. Also, our program for those younger than 5 years old is reserved for younger siblings. If you oldest child is less than 5, or if they are 5 but not ready to join K-2nd grade classes, we ask that you wait to apply until they are able to meet those parameters.

A completed and approved application secures your place in the registration order. However, there is never a guarantee that an approved application results in enrollment into any class(es). It merely means your family is eligible to register. Once a class is full, subsequent registration requests will be added to the waitlist(s).

Our main goal within ACTS is to offer likeminded fellowship amongst the body of Christ. We do our best to place your children into their top class choices, however, if you are only attending for a specific class option, this co-op may not be the best fit for your family.

Detailed registration instructions will be emailed prior to the registration dates. Receipt of the email entitled "Registration Instructions" serves as confirmation that you are eligible to register for classes on your assigned day. If you have not received the Registration Instructions email 6 days prior to the start of registration, please contact us to ensure you are on our family list. Lord willing, class confirmations are emailed out the weekend prior to the Mandatory Safety and Training meeting.

All adult family members who will be serving must attend the Mandatory Safety and Training Meeting at which time families will meet the teachers, pay applicable fees, learn about their assigned co-op job, and receive safety and training information.
